All indexable inserts should be tightened to the right torque to minimise the risk of loosening or being tightened too tight and not be loosened reliably when changing the cutting tip. Wera’s torque screwdrivers have a fixed torque for each size, no loose or replaceable parts that can be mixed up and jeopardize safety for people as well as the cutting tools.

Each screwdriver is well marked with the size and torque. When the right torque is reached the screwdriver ”disengages” with a distinctive ”click”, no risk of overloading the screw. When undoing there is no torque limitation. Heavy-duty Kraftform handle made of two different materials - solid plastic with rubber insert for excellent grip.
