Cutting fluid CUTFLUID BIO

CUTFLUID BIO is a water-miscible, clear yellow bio cutting fluid, based on vegetable oils, for use as a lubricant and coolant for general machining, e.g. turning, milling, drilling, cutting, threading and grinding in materials such as cast iron, steel, stainless steel, yellow metals and aluminium alloys.

Properties.

The bio cutting fluid has reinforced microbiological protection and very good demulsifying properties.

Benefits.

The bio cutting fluid has been developed to provide an optimal working environment but minimal tool wear.

Handling advice.

Mixing recommendation: Light machining/grinding 4-5%. General machining 5-7%. Heavy machining 7-10%. The cutting fluid must always be added to the water and not the other way round. Replacement instructions: see separate information Storage: store and handle at +5 to +40°C
