Cutting fluid CUTFLUID

CUTFLUID is a water-miscible cutting fluid, intended for use in most types of commonly occurring cutting and grinding operations in high- and low-alloy steel, cast iron and aluminium.

Properties: In the machining of metals, the task of the cutting fluid is to cool, lubricate and protect against rust. Where cooling is the primary requirement, emulsions or solutions with water should be used.

The cutting fluid is a biostable, emulsifiable cutting fluid based on highly refined mineral oil with anti-wear and film-strengthening additives. The cutting fluid has a good ability to separate out leak oil. Its high biostability gives a long service life and thereby lower disposal costs.

Advantages.

The cutting fluid gives a stable lubricating emulsion with good rust protection and a good ability to separate out leak oil.

Handling advice

The recommended concentration is 6 - 10 %. The oil must always be added to the water and never the other way round.

Store the product indoors at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C.
