Phosphor copper solder 5P Meltolit
5P Silver phosphor copper solder with 5% silver used primarily for copper pipe parts and copper plate. For hard soldering in copper, brass and to some extent steel. The product contains phosphorus, which breaks down the oxide on the base material when joining copper pipes, copper connectors and HVAC/refrigeration parts.
A separate flux type Meltolit 770 is required when soldering brass parts.
