Description

Compact combination machine with 3 separate motors 1.8 kW each. Easy to select the different functions (via electric function selector): circular saw/trimming saw, jointer, planer, vertical mill and slot mortising bit (as an accessory). Frame in heavy-duty, welded steel plate design and all workbenches in cast iron. All functions ready for connection to an extractor hood.

Circular saw/Trimming saw: The saw blade can be raised or lowered as well as tilted 45°. With powerful integrated sliding table and combined cleaving and side guide, with clear scales. Circular saw table size, 1040×225 mm.

Jointer: Cast iron planer bed. Chip thickness set by means of a lever. Side guide (alu) in 2 fixed positions 90°/45°. Integrated chip hood.

Planer: With automatic disengagable feed, integrated kickback guard and chip hood. Spiral fluted feed roller. The planer table (cast iron) is easily adjustable via a screw spindle. Planer table size, 450×260 mm, 134950302, 450×300 mm.

Vertical mill: With 2 speeds. Milling guide with side holder and a depth adjustable milling rule. Milling spindle adjustable in height via a screw spindle.

Supplied complete with 3 motors 400 V 3-phase or 230 V 1-phase – enclosure class IP 54, microswitch, contactor with motor cut-out and zero voltage tripping, 2 planing bits and all chip hoods (conn. Ø 120 mm) and tools.

On request, can be supplied with: Squaning frame and telescopic stop.

Slot mortising bit adapter: Consists of: Slot mortising table (operated by two levers, length and depth stops), drill chuck for max. 16 mm, drill shank and suction hood.

Tenon cutting device: Consists of: Protective hood with connection sleeve and cutting plate.

Transportation set: Allows easy moving of the machine.

NOTE: Circular saw blade not included.
