Description

Easy to operate vertical drilling machines, mounted on a sturdy steel column. The drilling arm can be swivelled through 360° as well as raised and lowered via a gear rack. Gear operation and gearbox with helical gears made of steel and fibre material for a silent machine requiring minimum maintenance. Quick and easy selection between the 8 stages in the gearbox.

Supplied complete with motor protection with zero voltage release and emergency stop – IP 41, integrated drift for easy tool changes, rectangular table with T-slots, oil channel and drill guard with microswitch. The machine is equipped with a reversing spindle as standard.

Note that the machines must be equipped with a safety chuck with clamping force ring.

A 4008 machines feature a fixed drilling head and the table cannot be turned. Available with a higher or lower speed series.
