Description

ARG 260 is an upgraded version of the ARG 250 model. Band saw in fully automatic design. A universal and robust band saw intended for continuous production and for maintenance workshops, schools, etc. Automatic workpiece feed guarantees 0.1 mm precision, clamping in a vice and up and down-feed of the saw arm via hydraulics. Repeatable feed in steps of max. 500 mm, giving an unlimited saw length. Number of cuts and length of the workpiece are set on the control panel where error reports are also shown. Can be used in manual mode where all functions are checked separately. All electrical cables and coolant distribution are hidden in the hollow sections of the arm, which means they are protected against damage. The new arm concept makes it much simpler to replace saw blades or to clean the inside of the arm. ARG 260 also features many technical adjustments and changes such as improved quality, user comfort and service life. Machine supplied with hydraulic vice. Variable belt speed of 15-90 m/min. The protective housing for the saw arm is equipped with a safety switch. The saw blade is guided up via tungsten carbide plates and ball bearings. Supplied complete with motor, protection class IP54, electric coolant pump, band saw blade and instruction manual.
