Biostark is a biodegradable bag designed to handle compostable waste. The smaller bags are suitable for sorting at source in smaller kitchens or the sump container in coffee machines. The larger bags are suitable for large kitchens or catering companies. If a package is biodegradable or compostable, it does not always mean that you can put the package in your domestic compost. In most cases, special facilities with the right conditions are required to decompose the plastic. The material is certified with ''OK Compost'', which means that it meets the requirements of European standard EN13432.
