Description

Diamond paste is used when you want to attain a very fine surface finish on metals as well as other materials (e.g. glass, ceramics etc.) by polishing or lapping. The paste is supplied in 5-gram syringes with standard concentration. The paste is water-soluble.

1 micron - for very fine polishing of metals, ceramics, glass etc. Ra 0-0.03 µm.

3-12 micron - for final polishing punch tools, formers, seals, etc. Ra 0.03-0.15 µm.

15-60 micron - for pre-polishing. Ra 0.15-0.50 µm.
