Illbruck TP650 is a flexible, pre-compressed joint tape with open cells based on polyurethane foam. The tape is impregnated with artificial, fire resistant resin and the inside edge has been impregnated to make it vapour tight. Developed to provide extremely quick and complete sealing and insulation of windows and doors according to the principle “open outside – sealed inside”. “All in one” function: - Low U value - Heavy rain resistant open and UV resistant outside - Thermal insulation core - Sound absorbing. Easy to install as one side is self-adhesive. Can be installed in all weathers. Suitable for passive houses. Choose the right dimension, e.g. for a frame size of 8 mm use the 5-10 mm tape, for 12 mm between frame and wall stud use the 10-20 mm tape.
