Description

 Flap discs built-up of rectangular abrasive cloth flaps, overlapping each other and bonded on a reinforced fibre glass backing. The flaps are made of zircon/aluminium oxide abrasive on a cotton polyester backing, which gives a very good service life and fast removal. Recommended for grinding steel, stainless steel and inox. Benefits: Fast removal rate (high aggressivity, high comfort, can be used on different steel grades and the convex form is ideal for both fine grinding with the full area and for grinding with a high peripheral working pressure. Max. peripheral speed 80 m/s.
